Overview
MANAGEMENT ANALYST (F35OO 2025-23121):
Bowhead seeks a technical data Management Analyst (MA) to join our WXP Contract at NSWC Crane, IN. The individual must be a self-starter who can work independently but also within a team environment, with minimal supervision, and able to stay organized and multitask while meeting deadlines and assisting the program.

The individual must be a self-starter who can work independently but also within a team environment, with minimal supervision, and able to stay organized and multitask while meeting deadlines and assisting the program.
Responsibilities
Essential functions will include:
- Monitor Division metric data
- Performing work such as preparing, receiving, reviewing, and verifying documents; maintaining office records; locating and compiling data or information from files; compiling information for reports; keeping a calendar and informing others of deadlines and other important dates; and similar clerical support work within an organization.
- Providing cross-functional support across various mission-critical areas such as logistics coordination, financial processing, security clearances, and personnel management.
- Demonstrates an advanced knowledge of systems such as DTS, DISS, PACS, ERP, and SharePoin Responsible for leading meeting preparations, records management, and facilitating Division-level communications and reporting requirements that directly impact mission readiness and organizational effectiveness
- Demonstrates skill in using job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications, and the Internet.
- Demonstrates ability to clearly and effectively articulate, present, and promote varied ideas and issues to teammates, managers, and customers. Makes clear and convincing oral presentations. Listens effectively; clarifies information as needed.
- Manage time-sensitive, and essential organizational functions such as the processing of official memos, travel orders, procurement quotes, clearance requests, building access, and conference packages.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or five (5) to eight (8) years of experience. Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
- Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically
