Position Summary
This role supports the U.S. Marine Corps Digital Interoperability (DI) efforts with a focus on the MAGTF Agile Network Gateway Link (MANGL) system, including the Mesh Network Manager (MNM), Marine Air Ground Tablet (MAGTAB), and all related components. The position assists the MANGL IPTL/DIPTL with configuration management, stakeholder coordination, and execution of Fleet support plansincluding planning, training, and sustainment.
Responsibilities include managing cost, schedule, and performance metrics, supporting the transition of MAGTAB sustainment from AWS-74, and ensuring successful integration and operation across the Fleet. The candidate will also provide analytical support, lead technical discussions, and collaborate with joint service partners to advance DI capabilities.

Starting salary range between $115,000 to $140,000 annually.

Responsibilities
- Support integration and Fleet deployment of the Digital Interoperability (DI) MAGTF Agile Network Gateway Link (MANGL) system, including the Mesh Network Manager (MNM), Marine Air Ground Tablet (MAGTAB), and associated A-kit, B-kit, and ancillary components
- Assist the MANGL Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) and DI Product Team Lead (DIPTL) with configuration management and Fleet readiness planning
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support manning, training, and operational planning for Fleet units receiving the MANGL system
- Manage cost, schedule, and performance metrics to ensure successful implementation of the MANGL Fleet support plan
- Provide analytical support and program continuity to the U.S. Marine Corps Digital Interoperability team
- Assist in the transition and sustainment of the MAGTAB and ancillary equipment from Air Warfare Systems Code 74 (AWS-74) to the MANGL team
- Support the management and lifecycle sustainment of MAGTAB systems across multiple Fleet platforms
- Lead and participate in technical discussions, presentations, and briefings with MANGL stakeholders, including cross-service and joint partners
- Contribute to the development and execution of Fleet training strategies related to DI systems
Required Experience
- 20 years of logistics experience supporting complex military operations and sustainment planning
- Extensive background in Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations
- Proven ability to identify capacity constraints in aircraft systems and implement effective solutions
- Strong leadership in design and decision analysis, with a focus on logistics optimization and aircraft supply chain capabilities
- Skilled in managing large, cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration, conduct organizational assessments, and support strategic planning initiatives
- Adept at leveraging subject matter experts (SMEs) to organize and lead cohesive teams focused on expanding MANGL capabilities
- Experienced in aligning logistics and team operations with Fleet future requirements
Required Education
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or current efforts towards Professional Logistics Certification. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional ten (10) years of experience working in direct support of Defense life-cycle logistics can be substituted for a bachelors degree.
