ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Program Analyst to join our team working in San Diego, CA. This is on onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide technical and programmatic support to the combat systems on in-service ships
- Plan and execute Navy ship maintenance availabilities
- Participate in program management reviews and prepare and coordinate inputs for status reports, briefings, and information inquires
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of program analysis experience supporting the DoD
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR High school diploma or equivalent education and 16+ years of program analysis experience supporting the DoD
- Familiarity with DoD/DON Policies and Procedures related to systems engineering processes and acquisition and modernization of Navy combat systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Navy shipboard experience, preferably on LCS class ships
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
