Systems Analyst
Location: Redstone Arsenal, Alabama

Description:
HigherEchelon is seeking a Systems Analyst to support business process improvement and technology adoption efforts within the U.S. Army Material Command (AMC). This role involves conducting business process analysis, gathering IT requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring systems meet mission requirements.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and modernization.
Gather and document IT functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders.
Design and propose solutions, including software, hardware, and infrastructure components.
Implement and integrate new and existing systems, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure systems meet mission requirements.
Provide training and support to users for new systems and solutions.
Identify areas for continuous improvement and propose solutions.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Proficiency in software applications, programming languages, and data analysis tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Experience with Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in systems analysis or business process improvement.
Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) is preferred.
