The Program Manager Will:
- Oversee the entire scope of the contract and be the central liaison for communication with government officials on technical and project-specific matters.
- Task staff and program activities, while crafting strategic procedures, orchestrating project deliverables, and ensuring seamless technical and administrative operation throughout the lifecycle of the program.
- Vigilantly monitor project milestones and outcomes, ensuring timely updates and comprehensive progress reports.
- Handle strategic procurement and management of program assets while meticulously handling the fiscal and administrative components in compliance with contractual stipulations.
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Must possess a minimum of ten (10) years' worth of experience in program management & a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Must have five (5) years of experience leading complex IT systems initiatives. This can include operations and maintenance, sustainment, and modernization of networks and systems.
- Must have hands-on involvement in both the creation and the ongoing enhancement of instructional program materials.
Required Clearance:
- Must hold an Active Secret Clearance.
Desired Certification/Nice to Have:
- Hold a current Project Management Professional Certification (PMP).
