JANUS is currently seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Requirements & Cost Analyst to support the Futures and Concepts Center (FCC) Analysis Division support team. This position aligns under the Analysis Division, an element of the FCC reporting to the Army Futures Command's (AFC). The Analysis Division requires support facilitate Requirements Analysis (RA) & Framing Analysis (FA) and reviews cost data for material requirements. Additional analytical support in the form of Cost - Benefit Analysis, Business Case Analysis (BCA) and Analysis of Alternatives (AoA) for the FCC within the Capability Development Integration Directorates (CDIDs) at TRADOC's Centers of Excellence (CoE) as they collaborate to explore solutions to significant warfighting challenges confronting today's Army and the Future Army such as shortcomings to protect Soldiers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide analysis through meaningful contribution and technical oversight to support standards compliance. This shall consist of ensuring the elements of the RA, FA and C-BA are supported by sound analysis.
- Occasionally serve as the lead analyst in the conduct of C-BA in support of the development of Capability Development Documents (CDDs), Capability Development Document-Updates (CDD-Us), Legacy Capability Production Documents (CPDs), and Force Design Updates (FDUs).
- Assist in the overall conduct of the AoA with a primary focus on the conduct of cost analysis in support of AoA for ACAT II and ACAT III AoAs.
- Analyze BCAs to ensure the starting conditions are consistent with approved requirements or guidance, and that facts, constraints, limitations, assumptions, cost factors, and conclusions of an initiative are supported by sound analysis.
- Analyze C-BAs, BCAs, and AoAs to ensure that the conclusions, facts, assumptions, costs of an initiative, and recommended solutions used by Army senior leaders and other decision makers, are supported by sound analysis.
- Present analyses to FCC, CDIDs, and senior leaders
- Assist in the development of analytic best practice policy and guidance in the conduct of C-BAs, BCAs, and AoAs in support of FCC and the CDIDs at TRADOC's CoEs
- Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
Experience and Education:
- Secret Clearance
- Degree in Operations Research, or at least 24 semester hours in a combination of operations research, mathematics, probability, statistics, mathematical logic, science, or subject-matter courses requiring substantial competence in college-level mathematics or statistics. At least 3 of the 24 semester hours must have been in calculus or equivalent (desired).
- Have experience and expertise developed through participation in RA, FA, C-BA, BCA, or AoA analyses methods in order to provide quality oversight of multiple analysis projects simultaneously.
- ACIDS/JCIDS experience
Travel is required up to 15%
Salary:
- $75,000 to $80,000
