š Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and documentation of complex electrical and electronic system requirements
Design and modify hardware/software components to meet performance and functional specs
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure compliance with performance and integration standards
Create and interpret electrical schematics, interface control documents, and design drawings
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues throughout the production lifecycle
Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure technical and contractual compliance
Research emerging electrical technologies to evaluate application on next-gen platforms
ā Required Qualifications:
Experience with electrical power systems design and integration
Background in aerospace or high-reliability electronic systems
Proficiency in electrical schematic reading and development
Hands-on experience with MATLAB and Simulink
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance
Must be able to obtain Special Access Clearance (SAP)
š Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Experience working on classified or proprietary aerospace/defense programs
Familiarity with military standards for electronic systems
ā ļø Special Access Program Requirements:
Candidates must meet all conditions to qualify for program access:
U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Clean criminal history
Clean financial background (no recent bankruptcies or collections)
No close ties to foreign nationals or extensive foreign travel
Spouse and parents must also be U.S. citizens with no dual citizenship
