Description:We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide executive support to senior leadership within Lockheed Martin. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor, providing technical expertise and guidance on various computer systems, networks, and technology initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and guidance to senior executives on computer systems, networks, and technology initiatives
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to executive operations
• Develop and implement technology solutions to enhance executive productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions with existing systems
• Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies, providing recommendations for adoption and implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, guides, and training materials
• Provide training and support to executive staff on new technology solutions and systems
• Ensure compliance with Lockheed Martin's IT policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, executive staff, and other support functions
This position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in computer systems analysis/troubleshooting, technical support, or a related field
• Understanding of computer systems, networks, and emerging technologies
• Strong customer service skills, with ability to provide support to senior executives
• Experience with IT service management/ticketing systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working in an executive support role, providing technical guidance to senior leadership
• Certification in IT service management, such as ITIL Foundation or higher
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's business operations, including programs, projects, and initiatives

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
