Description:We are Lockheed Martin
You will be the EPM (Engineering Project Management) Air System Lead in the F-35 Line of Business Engineering (LOBe) team within Engineering & Technology (E&T).
The successful candidate will be accountable for program performance in support of the F-35 Line of Business Engineering (LOBe) Organization, playing a critical role in driving execution and delivering results.
This will involve collecting and analyzing performance metrics across Air System Configuration Builds to identify and resolve complex technical, schedule, cost, staffing, and contracting issues.
The candidate will work closely with the Business Management organization and Control Account managers to address earned value performance issues, metrics, and support the Program Management Office (PMO) in responding to new business opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing
The key responsibilities of this role include:
• Collecting and analyzing performance metrics to identify and resolve complex issues
• Supporting the Program Management Office (PMO) in responding to new business opportunities, including establishing Basis of Estimates and defining Statements of Work
• Serving as the primary interface with Program Management and LM leadership, providing status updates and identifying issues and risks
• Maintaining a robust metrics status dashboard to communicate program status and issues to senior leadership
• Developing integrated technical and project solutions to program issues, ensuring stakeholder support and adoption
• Coordinating with various functions to implement process improvements and drive digital transformation initiatives
• Driving the adoption of workforce strategies and 1LMX on behalf of the Line of Business/Program, contributing to the overall success of the F-35 program

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in an Engineering environment
• BS in Engineering or alternate STEM major with technical experience
• Project Engineering / technical experience
• Experience training and/ or mentoring early/ mid-career staff
• Secret or higher security clearance with Special Access Programs
Desired Skills:
• Prior Program Management experience
• Experience in Air System end to end planning.
• Product Life Cycle Management Experience
• EVMS and / or CAM certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with presenting to executive leadership
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
