Description:Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an entry level Ground Processing Equipment Controller to join our team in King of Prussia, PA!

Responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

• Requisitions, receives, identifies, stocks, distributes and collects items such as fixed asset tools, shop supplies, electrical/electronic testing, and similar equipment.
• Coordinate with Program representatives (e.g., Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Program Planners) to ensure preventive maintenance or periodic inspection (PM/PI) requirements have been established for each piece of ground processing equipment (GPE)
• Set up the PM/PI plan within the plant maintenance system based on inputs received from program representatives
• Schedule/Release maintenance orders in accordance with the PM/PI plan and ensure orders are completed by the relevant maintenance work center(s) in support of production schedules.
• Operates a computer workstation and must have a demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, inventory control systems, precise measuring equipment and be familiar with FOD control procedures and processes.
• Monitor their area of control regularly to ensure that all equipment is safe, operational and in the appropriate configuration for use.
• Work with the Property Custodian for the equipment as required to track equipment status, location or change information within the equipment record
• Support pre-operation briefings, huddles, and post-operation debriefs as requested by local management.
• Tracks misplaced, overdue, back-ordered and special items carried in crib, and the timely rescheduling of calibration or maintenance servicing dates.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with tool maintenance and inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends contingent upon business needs.
• Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
• Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
• 2+ years experience with tool control management.
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with tool lifecycles.
• Organization skills for large database systems.
• Experience with property management.
• Experience with Zoller TMS Tool Management Solutions.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
