Intelligent Waves is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Fullstack Developer to support our mission critical work in support of our government customer at Reston, VA and Ft. Belvoir. In this role, you'll tackle challenges by delivering complete, end-to-end solutions in a dynamic and agile environment. Travel: None
Location: Onsite in Reston, VA and Ft. Belvoir. Will work as part of an overall team to provide needed coverage and support.
Security Clearance: Must be a United States Citizen and hold a current TS-SCI or TS with SCI eligibility security clearance.

This role goes beyond coding. As a Full-Stack Developer, you'll leverage your passion for learning new tools and techniques to identify and implement system improvements. You'll work with clients to tackle their toughest challenges, utilizing cutting-edge architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. Your contributions will ensure that the team's solutions align with the current architecture and operating environment while anticipating future functionality and enhancements.

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
- 5+ years of experience in software development with basic programming languages, technologies, tools, or web development stacks
- Experience with switching between different languages and learning new ones, as necessary
- Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
- Experience writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
- Experience performing code reviews and debugging merge requests
- Ability to work with automated testing tools to perform testing and maintenance
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in software engineering or 8+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain DoD 8140 Compliant Security+ or CISSP Certification within 30 days of hire date
Desired:
- Experience with Java, including Java Spring Framework, Python, C#, C/C++, .NET, JavaScript, React, NodeJS, PHP, or Drupal
- Experience creating solutions for large data sets and managing data stores
- Experience with structured and unstructured data types, especially non-textual sources, such as video, audio, and imagery
- Experience in working with various intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and SIGINT of the data and tools associated with these disciplines
- Experience creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Experience with testing frameworks, including Jasmine, Karma, or Selenium
- Experience with administration of continuous integration or continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub actions, or similar
- Knowledge of standards in JavaScript, JSON, REST, CORS, Web architecture, and HTTP specification
- Master's Degree
