What You’ll Do
- Guard Critical Technologies: Analyze and protect Critical Program Information (CPI), ensuring classified innovations remain secure. Your precision and attention to detail will keep national defense efforts untouchable.
- Design Robust Security Architectures: Define security protocols for cutting-edge missile defense systems, integrating secure solutions across sensors, interceptors, and C2 networks.
- Drive Engineering Excellence: Review program requirements, test plans, and strategies, offering key insights to optimize development, testing, and deployment of next-gen missile defense capabilities.
- Ensure Secure Testing: Develop comprehensive security measures for ground and flight testing in highly classified environments, implementing risk assessments and protection strategies.
- Execute Specialized Security Strategies: Craft Program Protection Plans, Security Classification Guides, and tailored security solutions to ensure compliance and operational superiority.
Basic Qualifications
- Degree & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering with 1+ years of engineering experience.
- Department of Defense Expertise: Strong DoD or military background, proving your ability to thrive in high-security environments.
- Security Clearance: Must hold an active DoD Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Missile Defense Mastery: Experience in DoD Acquisition or Missile Defense systems (sensors, interceptors, C2BMC, AT, FMS, LO/CLO, CFIUS).
- Special Programs Experience: Background in DoD SAP policy and security operations.
- Communication Pro: Outstanding technical writing, briefing, and adaptive communication skills, ensuring clarity in high-pressure scenarios.
- Meticulous Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and process execution, guaranteeing flawless security implementation.
