Optical Engineer Co-op Intern

Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for Optics Coop to support our client and provide a learning opportunity to shape your academic program with an Optics focus. Strong interest in developing a deep understanding and analysis of Optical sensor systems

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a STEM bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, optical engineering or physics.
• U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance

Desired Experience:

• Physics course work that includes RF, light, or kinematics
• Understanding or course in signal processing
• Understanding of image acquisition and processing principals
• Experience and understanding of radar systems, electromagnetics, or computational physics
• Understanding and application of imaging tools such as Zemax, 3DOptix...
