Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Tool Crib Attendant (level 2) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals for a position based out of Edwards AFB, CA.
As the Tool Crib Attendant you will receive, store, and issue tools, machine tool fixtures, dies, and measuring devices. Maintain records of tools issued to employees; takes periodic inventory and requisitions stock as needed; reports damaged, worn out, or missing equipment using computers to enter transactions, validate information and maintain database. Clean, oil, and perform minor repairs on equipment; dispose of surplus or obsolete equipment in accordance with established procedure. Ensure that measuring devices are periodically calibrated. Provide support to the logistics function preparing logistics documentation to establish the range and depth of spares, tools, test equipment and related manuals to be deployed and stocked. Determine maintenance and repair materials required for additional efforts. Modify maintenance records such as repair standards for more complex equipment or components. Develop requisitions for, and manage records of equipment, components, repair parts and related manuals; track logistics materials and parts for proper allocation of storage facilities; review configuration changes to evaluate impact on logistics deployment; document equipment, component and parts conditions; and identify logistic support documentation to be included such as drawings, technical manuals, and maintenance requirement cards to support life-cycle of product.

Salary Range: $45,800.00 - $76,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of additional education and/or related experience.
- Excellent knowledge of tools and their intended use, tool accountability, Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and Safety programs.
- Must be willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
- Able to obtain and maintain a valid U.S. passport.
- Accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 90 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements such as chemical warfare training and immunizations that may include anthrax and smallpox.
- Meet medical requirements and vaccinations for worldwide travel.
- Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- Familiarization with tool accountability system TCMAX.
- Good understanding of Hazardous material processes and procedures in conjunction with maintaining re-stock points of PEB, bench/shop stock and consumables.
