Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager with at least five years of specialized experience managing complex contracts or subcontracts. This role involves overseeing contract execution, managing resources and funds, ensuring compliance with performance standards, and serving as the primary point of contact for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of contract performance, including inspections, deployment, and reporting.

Manage project budgets and resources using complex reporting mechanisms.

Implement and maintain a quality control plan; ensure workforce compliance with contract requirements.

Serve as the Contractor’s official representative, authorized to receive notices, reports, and correspondence.

Maintain on-call availability as required by contract terms.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or substantial, verifiable experience in law enforcement, military, or business management.

Demonstrated experience managing large, multi-task contracts.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Must not perform Protective Security Officer (PSO) duties while serving as Contract Manager.

Active Secret Clearance Required.

Availability Requirements: Must be available within 30 minutes during business hours and within 2 hours after hours, weekends, and holidays.
