Program Manager - Communications Security

Location: Washington, DC

Active Top Secret Clearance Required, SCI Eligible

EnProvera is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of a critical government contract. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between EnProVera and the Government, ensuring successful coordination, execution, and compliance with contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) between EnProVera and the Government, managing all contractor-related activities under the contract.
  • Exercise on-site authority to manage, direct, and control all elements of the contractor's performance.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality written communications, reports, plans, and briefing materials.
  • Participate in high-level meetings with members of the Intelligence Community (IC), providing informed input and recommendations.
  • Oversee and document the scope, schedule, and resource allocation across the program lifecycle.
  • Provide reach-back capability to senior leadership for urgent or complex mission support needs, especially related to COMSEC Operations Support and SecD Property Management.
  • Serve as the Client Platform Security Officer (CPSO) responsible for conducting audits and compliance reviews of the KMI MGC system.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (or an additional 4 years of relevant technology management experience in lieu of degree).
  • Minimum of 8 years of program management experience in complex, enterprise computing environments.
  • Demonstrated experience in:
  • Managing U.S. Government contracts
  • Utilizing project management tools
  • Organizational optimization
  • Budget planning and oversight
  • Personnel management
  • Ability to travel to perform COMSEC-related tasks, attend trainings, and adhere to Federal Travel Regulations (FTR).
  • Prior experience working with or within the FBI strongly preferred.

Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must hold a Top Secret clearance and be SCI eligible at time of hire.
  • Must pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph administered by the FBI, or possess a CI polygraph from an acceptable federal agency conducted within the past five years.


Physical Demands:
  • The contractor must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance - includes standing, walking, bending, twisting, and performing a variety of other physical functions on a consistent basis.
