Position Overview
The Project Manager delivers individual task orders that roll up under our Navy portfolio. You will translate task-order SOWs into detailed work breakdown structures, manage agile scrums, and orchestrate delivery teams to meet cost, schedule, and technical performance objectives

Key Responsibilities
Manage integrated master schedules, critical paths, and resource allocations using MS Project or Primavera.
- Execute daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and release demos to maintain velocity and quality.
- Track earned value, prepare Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) submissions, and manage contract modifications.
- Facilitate risk/issue boards, driving resolution and documenting corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity and configuration-management leads to ensure RMF and STIG compliance.
- Mentor junior analysts/engineers, fostering a cohesive, high-performance team culture.
- Present progress
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing federal IT, data, or training projects-ideally SAP/ERP or financial transformation efforts.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IMS development, EVM reporting, and JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Strong analytical, briefing, and interpersonal skills.
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Experience supporting Navy ERP, ADVANA, or Jupiter environments.
