Description
ICF is looking for an experienced Drupal Software Engineer to join our team and help complete a complex website migration for a high-value client website. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is :
$98,124.00 - $166,810.00

- Core work hours are 9am - 5pm local time to work synchronously with other team members.
What You Will Do:
- Complete data migration from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10.
- Redesign a Drupal 10 website by modernizing layout and workflows that are migrated from a Drupal 7 website.
- Create new modern workflows to enhance data quality and user experience.
- Create high-impact innovation tools to position the website to be a one-stop-shop resource for federal government client, project team, and external stakeholders.
- Partner with federal government client, product owner, and website users to ensure the website meets the goals and objectives of the project.
- Demo work in both small and large virtual settings with clients and end users to obtain feedback on enhancing workflows and reports to meet project requirements.
- Work within a restricted federal government network environment.
- Conduct continual maintenance and apply regular updates to the user interface, ensuring the product owner can quickly generate data reports.
- Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
- Collaborate with the project team on creating innovative solutions to meet federal government client needs.
What You Will Bring With You:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science OR 15 years of experience in the field.
- 10 years excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking.
- 10 years direct experience in Drupal software and integrating multiple cloud-based solutions and platforms.
- Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.

- 20+ years of experience in the computer science field
- Ability to self-organize, prioritize and conduct research on multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An ability to communicate and write clearly in English.
