Work You'll Do:

As a ServiceNow SecOps Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will play a critical role in enhancing the organization's security operations by leveraging the ServiceNow platform and best practice software development methodologies. You will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application, integrating it with Fortify to automate the vulnerability management lifecycle. Working within an agile framework, you will ensure solutions are compliant, efficient, and effective, supporting the organization's regulatory and risk management objectives. Your technical expertise, hands-on ServiceNow development experience, and strong communication skills will be key to optimizing security operations and driving incident response best practices.
  • Implement and configure the ServiceNow Vulnerability Response application, integrating with Fortify to automate the vulnerability management lifecycle.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow platform as the foundational operating system, building out additional technology solutions using Deloitte's best practice software development methodologies.
  • Refine and analyze large datasets to optimize vulnerability management and support proactive security measures.
  • Drive incident response best practices to strengthen the organization's security posture.
  • Ensure all development work is compliant with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle within an agile methodology framework.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Support regulatory compliance and risk reduction initiatives through robust SecOps practices.
  • Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate hands-on ServiceNow developer/configuration experience

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active Secret Clearance required
  • 5+ years experience in Servicenow development
  • 2+ years experience in ServiceNow SecOps Module
  • 2+ years experience with Security Incident Response (SIR) modules and workflows
  • Ability to travel 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:
  • Experience with Fortify SSC, STIG, Tenable, Elastic or Tychon

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $72,900 - $134,300.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
