Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is seeking a Classified Cyber Security Senior Manager for Classified Cybersecurity in Orlando, FL.
What You Will Be Doing
• Managing the Classified Cybersecurity function consisting of direct and indirect charge security employees and requires a broad range of professional experience with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and multiple Special Access Program (SAP) customers.
• Managing a team to gain timely authorizations and approvals for classified computing environments by appropriately applying the requirements of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) in accordance with the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG) as well as currently approved operations under various certification and authorization guidelines.
• The candidate will have routine contact with senior level executives from inside the company and from multiple US Government agencies.
• The candidate will work hand-in-hand with other security functions to ensure the success of all company programs.
• The candidate may also serve on corporate committees and will participate on internal and enterprise-wide self-inspection teams.

Basic Qualifications:
• Must be a US Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S. as a permanent resident.
• This position requires the applicant to have a final secret security clearance with a background investigation performed with the last six years.
• Candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance upon employment.
• Must have a working knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) in accordance with the DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM) and the Joint Special Access Program (SAP) Implementation Guide (JSIG)
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be a strategic thinker capable of solving problems by collaborating across multiple sites and functions.
• Windows client/server background; some UNIX/LINUX technical experience.
• Knowledge of operating system security requirements.
• Prior Information System Security Manager (ISSM) or Information System Security Officer (ISSO) experience.
• Must have 8570 Level 3 certification (i.e. CISSP/CISM) or ability to obtain within six months of hire.
Desired Skills:
• Familiarity with Host Based Security System (HBSS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and trusted agent responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG), Viewer and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Knowledge of system/network administration and government/contractor network inter-connectivity.
• IT background and knowledge of IT processes and COMSEC keying hardware.
• Experience with the Cyber Operational Risk Assessment (CORA) program.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
