Valiant is looking for a Training Administrative Support Specialist to support our customer's dynamic training requirements in Virginia. A TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph and site familiarity are required for this position. As a Training Administrative Support Specialist, you will collaborate with clients, course directors, instructors, and peer support teams to ensure seamless trainee onboarding, effective training event execution, and high-quality administrative support. You will coordinate and schedule training exercises, both local and offsite, which may include arrangements for base access, dining, lodging, and venue setup. You will also participate in course development, delivery, and refinement to maintain the highest training standards

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
SharePoint Oversight:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and updating the SharePoint site associated with the training program.
Communication & Coordination:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, base personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Craft and manage clear and timely communication through email and phone.
- Coordinate with various base entities to ensure all aspects of each course are supported and executed successfully.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with support teams to delegate tasks, share information, and maintain cohesive operations.
- Foster a positive and proactive team environment.
Logistics & Planning:
- Prioritize and coordinate logistics for onboarding, training events, and support services.
- Plan for and manage practical details of events, anticipating and addressing potential issues.
Operational Support:
- Provide fast, helpful responses to training-related inquiries and manage the training inbox efficiently.
- Partner with instructors and course management to address training needs, suggest improvements, and troubleshooting challenges.
- Assist with developing training materials, updating online databases, and maintaining training files.
Process Improvement:
- Contribute to streamlining team processes and identifying operational efficiencies.
- Share best practices and lessons learned with team members to enhance training support quality.
General Clerical Support:
- Perform administrative tasks such as creating materials, conducting post-training follow-ups, and managing documentation.

Position Requirements
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- 5+ years of experience in administrative support, training/conference coordination, or general program support.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- 3+ years of experience interfacing with base support elements (e.g., Security, Logistics, Facilities, Finance).
- Experience managing SharePoint and internal training sites or portals.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with strong writing, briefing, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Proactive problem solver who adapts quickly and manages time effectively.
- Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and customer service orientation.
- Reliable and results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
