Seeking a "Technical" Recruiter with 4 or more year's experience, to include at least 1 year specific to sourcing software developers . Candidate must also hold a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher.
This is a mostly remote position. Candidates must be remotely available in the Baltimore/Annapolis, MD or Washington, D.C. /Virginia areas, with reliable internet service.
Candidates must also have reliable transportation and be willing to attend in-person recruiting events approximately 20-30% of the year. In-person recruiting events are typically in the evening and/or on the weekends at our local Maryland colleges and universities but can include other event types throughout the states of MD, VA, and the District of Columbia.
The core work, outside of recruiting events, may be performed at an approved remote work location in Maryland, Washington D.C., or Virginia state only. This position may NOT be performed outside of these locations except with the prior written authorization of the Company
This is not an entry-level position nor is it an HR generalist seat. We require a minimum of 4 year's actual recruiter experience, where recruiting is/was the core focus of your job and 'recruiter' is in your job title.

Salary and other Compensation:
The hourly rate of pay ranges from $36.06 - $48.08

Digital forensics is the practice of extracting and processing evidence from computers, phones, tablets, cameras, flash-drives, and just about any other form of digital media. The results of our work are then used to support federal and military law enforcement, counterintelligence, and counter terrorist activities.
Malware reverse engineering is the practice of analyzing malicious code. The goal of a reverse engineer is to understand how the malicious code works and determine facts such as:
*How did it infect the victim's computer *What kind of information it is seeking to steal *How is it communicating with the author (actor) *Who that actor might be.

You will:
- Join a small, dedicated team of highly skilled recruiters and sourcing specialists, working together to rapidly grow our company to expand our reach on multiple government contracts
- Use our Applicant Tracking System daily, processing new applications, updating candidate information as the candidate progresses from stage to stage, assist in maintaining job postings, and run custom reports
- Cold-call prospects searching through multiple recruiting dashboards, college resume databases, and other candidate profile sources, reaching out directly when you find a potential candidate, via phone, email, and/or in-mail messaging
- Hold a candidate's hand through the entire hiring process. You would be their personal guide from step to step. This requires a lot of candidate follow up over phone and email. A candidate can be in our pipeline on average 6-18 months.
- Complete government candidate waivers as needed
- Update multiple excel sheets and SharePoint sites with candidate information
- Assist in managing company social media accounts
- Assist with company's communications strategy
- It is helpful if you have a strong understanding of the US government security clearance process
- Assist with candidate submissions to DoD customers
- Perform other duties related to recruiting tasks
Applicants Must:
- Must be US citizen who holds a US government security clearance at the Secret level or higher
- Must have 4 years minimum actual recruiter experience; at least one of those years spent sourcing software developers
- Must be highly detail oriented and unafraid of a challenge
- Must be an extrovert - someone who enjoys talking on the phone and meeting new people
- Must have proactive qualities with the willingness to learn
- Must be an independent worker who can learn from observation
- Must be able to thrive in a small team
- Must be willing to provide their own internet service
