SAP LMS Integration Consultant (16941)

Baer is looking for SAP LMS Integration Consultant for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.

Title: SAP LMS Integration Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Design and develop integration solutions to connect EC LMS with systems such as HRIS, CRM, and third-party applications.
• Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements and define technical specifications.
• Create and maintain documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, and workflow diagrams.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams during implementation.
• Conduct testing and troubleshoot integration issues in collaboration with QA teams.
• Offer support and training to end users and system administrators.
• Stay current with integration technologies and recommend improvements to the EC LMS architecture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and system integration.
• Strong understanding of APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP, SFTP).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
