As a Security Officer - Aerospace Location - Front Desk in Pine Brook, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more .
As a Front Desk professional in an aerospace and defense location, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, managing visitor entry, and assisting with badge procedures. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to all guests and staff. You will represent our agile, reliable, and innovative team, always acting with integrity and putting people first in every interaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, employees, and contractors at the front desk, following all security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and records of visitor activity and any security-related incidents.
- Communicate with site personnel and management regarding security-related matters and potential concerns.
- Support emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from site leadership and emergency personnel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Access control or badge experience is preferred.
- NJ Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
