Credence has an immediate need for a Data Management Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting the AFLMC/LG-LZ Logistics and Product Support Division at WPAFB, Ohio.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below
  • Shall have the DoD or USAF acquisition and statistical analysis experience necessary to provide a wide range of acquisition support services.
  • Will understand USAF engineering data and documentation products, processes, and policy to accomplish complex analysis computations and modeling efforts.
  • Will assist with the management of data collection, inputs, processing and tracking for the branch, division, and directorate managers.
  • Shall assist with the consolidation of information into draft reports and briefings as required.
  • Shall assist in creating and maintaining a SharePoint site for the AFLCMC/LG-LZ Directorate and its divisions. The Data Management Specialist shall assist in organizing and loading data into the site for the directorate and each division, and shall assist others in uploading/downloading, designing, and utilizing the sites.
  • Will make recommendations to the Government about how to better utilize the SharePoint site.
  • Shall make data available in a user-friendly format and assist in presentation of the information for staff meetings and other meetings, as necessary.
  • The Data Management Specialist shall perform administrative support tasks including but not limited to:
    • Maintaining calendars for key personnel and conference rooms, resolving schedule conflicts and disseminating all
    • Receiving incoming phone calls, routing to the appropriate party, or documenting for further
    • Coordinating arrangements, agendas, and briefing materials and recording / tracking program action items and suspense is for events such as meetings, reviews, working groups, and audits in coordination with functional managers, outside agencies, personnel, and the program office
    • Assisting with the establishment and maintenance of official file plans with the use of the Air Force Records Information Management System.
    • Assisting in preparation of Continental United States (CONUS) travel vouchers using the Defense Travel System (DTS) in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations and the Joint Forces Travel Regulations, Collection, and preparation of materials for staff
    • Providing support to the Video Teleconference (VTC) manager, including assistance with VTC bridge scheduling processes and coordination of VTC connectivity and interface requirements/issues with the VTC maintenance Data Management Specialist.
    • Retrieving data/information from program databases in the form of queries and
    • Assisting with distribution and transmission of correspondence and incoming and outgoing
    • Assisting personnel with the transmittal of time sensitive Government correspondence using overnight or express mail
    • Reviewing and editing all documentation and correspondence prior to the branch chief, division chief, and/or directorate staff review.
    • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of an emergency accountability folder for base exercises and real-world
    • Assisting with the creation and maintenance of recall, phone, and accountability rosters, both electronically and physically, and assisting with the dissemination of information as necessary for all personnel to be prepared for emergencies.
    • Managing and tracking directorate and division level workflow accounts, Senior Officer Communication and Coordination Electronic Resource (SOCCER) accounts and taskers received from other internal and external
Education, Requirements and Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a related field and at least three (3) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, three (3) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, seven (7) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, five (5) of which must be in the DoD.
  • Shall provide finished products - technical and non-technical, classified and unclassified - in the media and format requested and be familiar with, and shall produce artifacts conforming to, the USAF Tongue and Quill.
  • Must be capable of using MS Project, USAF logistics databases and AF portals to prepare documents, such as spreadsheets, briefings, figures, graphics, tables, forms, and papers.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • May be required to lift 15 lbs.
  • May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day
  • Some travel may be required
