Job Title: Software Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain web pages.
• Utilize proficiency in web development and design software applications.
• Apply content management techniques such as ColdFusion Application Server Admin, MS Internet Information Server, .Net, SharePoint Portal Online/Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), React, Angular JS, Google Analytics, and emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an individual contributor.
• Associate or Technical degree preferred (not required).
• High School Diploma (HSD) or General Educational Development (GED).
• Related Web Application certifications.
• Information Assurance Technician Level 2 (IAT 2) certification.
• Secret Clearance is required.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and T-SQL.
• Knowledge of Ansible, Fixanator, Builder, and Selenium for automated testing.
• AWS product knowledge is a plus.
• Development experience in Visual Studio IDE.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines and Git is a plus.
Location:
• Onsite at the Army War College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
