As a Business Applications Analyst I, you will help the team identify business needs, gather requirements, and ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and new capabilities within our PLM system. This individual will work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, program managers, developers, and end-users, to ensure that the system meets the evolving needs of the organization.
Skills:
• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for PLM system enhancements and new capabilities.
• Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
• Documentation: Create detailed business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, and other relevant documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, program management, developers, end users, and QA to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and to support the successful delivery of projects.
• Testing & Validation: Participate in the testing process to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and business needs.
• Organizational Change Management: Assist in the development and execution of OCM plans to ensure smooth adoption of new PLM system features and enhancements.
Must-haves:
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
