ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES:
Authorized to work in the US | Must Have Transportation
Immunizations (Titers Test, Hep B, TB Screen, Influenza immunization) – we offer service to get these completed
Ability to pass background check AND Drug Screen
Anticipated Start Date:
Migration Techs: 7/7 or 7/14
Locations (8-10 Openings per location): Fairfax, VA | Falls Church, VA | Leesburg, VA | Alexandria, VA | Loudoun, VA | Mt. Vernon, VA
Two Shifts: Monday – Friday, 6 AM – 3 PM, 12- 9 PM (Possible weekend work – Subject to Shift – looking for flexibility in schedules)

Roles We Are Filling (SET RATES, THEY ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE):
Desktop Field Tech x20-30 OPENINGS: $27.50/hr.
Desktop Tech Lead x4 OPENINGS: $30/hr.
Leading a team of 8-10 people
Hands on desktop experience, hands on keyboard support, upgrade/migration experience,
Ability to lead a small team, 8-10 people
Report day to day of team to the PMs, collecting data around attendance/OOO (workforce management)
Migration Techs x 30-40 OPENINGS: $27.50/hr.
1-2 years of IT experience, understanding of IT – Helpdesk/Desktop day to day
Willingness to learn and gain valuable on the job training
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the migration of systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Assess and prepare existing hardware and software for compatibility with Windows 11.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during and after the migration.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards during the migration.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Windows OS migration projects.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware and software compatibility assessments.
