Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Product Support Planner to join our team. This role focuses on the planning and technical integration of product support elements-including technical publications, maintenance engineering, and Product Support Analysis (PSA)for military commercial derivative aircraft platforms.
You will collaborate across multiple divisions, including Commercial Aircraft, Defense and Security, and Global Services, to develop comprehensive support plans and schedules that ensure mission readiness and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate across multiple divisions, including Commercial Aircraft, Defense and Security, and Global Services, to develop comprehensive support plans and schedules that ensure mission readiness and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and integrate technical support elements for military commercial derivative aircraft.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and maintain support plans and schedules.
- Interpret and utilize engineering data sources and drawings to inform planning activities.
- Support the development and delivery of technical publications and maintenance documentation.
- Ensure alignment of support strategies with program objectives and customer requirements.
- Ability to Obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Requires US Citizenship)
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of planning experience.
- 2-4 years of experience using engineering data sources and drawings to develop plans and schedules.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience with military commercial derivative aircraft platforms.
- Familiarity with military aircraft maintenance procedures and technical publications.
- Background in product support or integrated logistics support (ILS).
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
