Summary

This Key Personnel position requires an expert Project Management Analyst to lead critical facility support initiatives for Navy construction and infrastructure projects. The role demands comprehensive knowledge of Military Construction (MILCON) processes and expertise in construction project management, with proficiency in Microsoft Project and Blue Beam.

Essential Functions
  • Lead strategic planning for Navy facility construction projects
  • Direct complex Military Construction (MILCON) program initiatives
  • Provide expert oversight of construction project portfolios
  • Manage multi-million-dollar facility improvement programs
  • Coordinate with Navy leadership on facility requirements
  • Develop and implement construction project management best practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams in facility planning and execution
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Present facility program status to executive leadership
  • Drive innovation in construction project delivery methods
  • May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise

Supervisory Responsibility

This position involves executive oversight of facility support teams and construction project managers.

Work Environment

This job operates in office settings with regular visits to construction sites and naval facilities. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and specialized construction management software.

Physical Demands

The physical demands include office work combined with construction site visits requiring safety equipment usage, walking on uneven surfaces, and climbing. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with flexible hours based on project requirements and construction schedules

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Experience
  • 10+ years professional experience
  • 12+ years professional experience in construction preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge in Military Construction


Education
  • Bachelor's degree in any Discipline or 15 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or construction field preferred


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected compensation range for this position is $100,000.00-$107,000.00,000.00 per year.
