Senior Systems Administrator

Position: Senior Systems Administrator
Location: Rockville, MD
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
Clearance: U.S. Citizens Only.

Qualifications:
• Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
• Performs system backups and recovery.
• Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity.
• Expected to recommend and help define policies and protocols that lead to efficient operations and improve the integrity of the systems.
• Develops and maintains technical documents, including internal policies, procedures and build instructions.
• May be expected to develop and maintain scripts to automate work and perform it more efficiently.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in and 5 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
• Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.
• A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
• Candidate must have the following certifications;
 AWS Solution Architect Associate
 Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
 AWS Solution Architect Professional
 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
