One of our clients in Minnesota needs a Power Platform Developer for a contract position.
• Position: Power Platform Developer
• Location: Remote (Minnesota Candidate only)
• Position Type: Full time position
Responsibilities:
• Develop responsive front-end applications using Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-Driven)
• Create secure Power Platform Portals with Azure Active Directory-based user authentication
• Build and consume APIs for integration with Azure SQL and storage
• Perform data migration from legacy systems
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-launch support to facilitate transition
• Ensure adherence to state-mandated security and performance guidelines
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals)
• Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL, Azure Blob/File Storage
• API development and system integration
• Agile development, user-centred design, and product management
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in application development
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
• 2+ years of experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage
• Strong experience in Agile software development processes and DevOps practices.
