Our work depends on a Product Support Analyst joining our team and utilizing their skills and experience to support the advancement of medical products following DoD requirements to make it's way to the Warfighter.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Provide product management support to the assigned Project Management Office (PMO) and support the advanced development requirements for medical products.
  • Maintain a document filing system via the network, TEAMS, and/or SharePoint.
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to include scheduling meetings, attending and preparing agendas and related documentation, and developing meeting minutes.
  • Support numerous efforts and effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking requirements that have a direct impact on the product portfolio.
  • Support all major initiatives to advance product development and associated activities.
  • Assist with programmatic and technical document review, market research, and demonstrations.
  • Assist in portfolio management by performing budget analysis and contract support in regards to deliverables and periods of performance.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology and industry developments.
  • Support the DoD Acquisition Lifecycle and document preparation.
  • Participate in special projects as required.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree in a related field
  • Required Experience: 5 + years of experience in project management support.
  • Required Technical Skills: Ability to take meeting minutes and develop and review written documentation and presentations.
  • Security Clearance Level: No security clearance required - Must be able to obtain a NACI(T1).
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Being proactive and able to work independently to engage with the product managers.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience supporting DOD customers.
  • Location: Hybrid position, currently on-site 3 days a week in Ft Detrick (Frederick, Maryland).
