Responsibilities:
Leads enterprise-level business transformations by providing strategic insights and delivering comprehensive business models. Mentors junior analysts, develop governance frameworks, and align business strategies with IT investments to achieve long-term goals. Provides advisory and analytical support for development of strategies, planning and implementation activities associated with the execution of fundamental changes in how the FAA conducts business. Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets as well as support on planning, developing and implementing strategic plans and schedules; communication planning; develop, coordinate and obtain senior level management input and approval for planning agendas, logistics and communication of planning session; capturing and managing action item status. Might be responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics. Duties may include program and organizational analysis and process mapping to identify barriers to achieving FAA goals and objectives, and advisory and analytical support for FAA-wide communication strategies. Identifies potential project trends and risks to management. Supports creation of cost estimates for procurement actions.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of related work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
