Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst I supports small-scale business and IT initiatives by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and performing basic analyses. Collaborates with stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and propose initial solutions to address operational challenges. Act as leads for budget planning, scheduling, budget formulation or coordinating selected analytical process phases, or possess the ability to work any selection of subcomponents. Applies advanced business or programmatic principles, theories, and concepts. Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
