We are looking for a new Quality Systems Manager to lead activities to sustain our AS9100 credentials and improve our business processes. The position will be located in Nashua, NH and be responsible for:

Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

We are looking for a new Quality Systems Manager to lead activities to sustain our AS9100 credentials and improve our business processes. The position will be located in Nashua, NH and be responsible for:
- Lead and active engagement with 3 rd party AS9100D certification auditors for planning and executing certification audits.
- Driving prevention activities and Opportunities for Improvement across sites
- Leading cross site council responsible for driving Risk Assessments, Lessons Learned and benchmarking
- Manage quality training programs
- Author and or drive changes to command media that drive optimization, nonconformity prevention aka. mistake proofing, and benchmarking improvements.
- Engagement with onsite Customer to address nonconformities and present Quality Management System Key Process Indicators (KPIs).
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience
- Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Preferred Skills and Education
- Technical Bachelors Degree
- Green Belt and / or DLSS Certification
- AS9100D Lead Auditor Certification
- Root Cause Analysis
