As a systems security and network security engineer, you can identify the correct tool needed to assess vulnerabilities and recommend the best solution and security strategy. We need your experience to lead the development and implementation of security solutions that will protect critical infrastructure.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in information systems security, information systems testing, and Cybersecurity architecture
  • Experience with the design, architecture, and deployment of Trellix ( McAfee ) endpoint security solutions, such as Endpoint Security ( ENS ) , Data Loss Prevention ( DLP ) , McAfee Agent ( MA ) , Rogue System Detection ( RSD ) , Policy Auditor ( PA ) , and Application Control, including Solidcore
  • Ability to manage ePO console and Windows 2019 server, including patch management
  • Ability to resolve issues with ePO SQL database
  • Ability to provide malware reports and investigations to the client at various management levels
  • Ability to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in the environment using security tools including Tenable Nessus to perform Assured Compliance Assessment Solution ( ACAS ) scans
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with information systems security, or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience with information systems security
  • IAT Level II Certification, specifically CompTIA Security+ Certification


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with AWS and other cloud technologies
  • Experience with Splunk
  • Experience supporting the US Navy
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
  • CISSP Certification


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
