Job Summary:
SpinSys Diné is seeking a results-driven Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex technical and operational services supporting secure environments. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing contract execution, personnel management, stakeholder coordination, and operational planning across a multidisciplinary team supporting IT, facilities, engineering, and mission-enabling functions.

Pay Range: $183,000 - $262,000
The compensation range listed for this position is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is intended to reflect the typical range Diné Development Corporation and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role. Final compensation may vary and is determined based on factors such as the position's responsibilities, relevant education, experience, skills, internal equity, market data alignment, and applicable collective bargaining agreements or laws.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead all program activities, serving as the single point of accountability for contract execution and stakeholder coordination.
- Direct cross-functional teams delivering support across facilities, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, engineering, logistics, and systems integration.
- Coordinate Agile-based planning, tasking, and delivery across engineering, integration, and mission support teams.
- Conduct contract kickoff and regular program reviews, manage deliverables and compliance milestones, and mitigate program risks.
- Track performance metrics and produce monthly status and financial reports, including projections and resource planning.
- Interface daily with leadership, stakeholders, and mission partners to communicate status, manage expectations, and resolve blockers.
- Ensure staffing and backfill readiness; oversee clearance processing, onboarding, and personnel sustainment.
- Manage procurements, subcontractor performance, and budget execution in accordance with program constraints.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Master's degree in a management or engineering discipline (or a bachelor's degree plus 5 additional years of experience).
- At least 10 years of experience managing complex federal technical programs.
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams in classified environments.
- Proven track record in cost, schedule, and risk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
