Responsibilities
- Responsible for design, development, and modifications to extend capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to optimize use of the modules to include but not limited to ITSM, ITBM and SPM for NSD business processes.
- Provides development and maintenance of Salesforce as a case/matter management platform. This includes the use of native Salesforce applications, custom developed workflows, and Application Programming Interface from a variety of resources, including, but not limited to: Litify/LegalStratus: Legal Matter Management Salesforce Native Application, iPublic Sector Foundations, Salesforce CRM Analytics Plus, Flosum (Dev Ops), Additional integration with mission partner data repositories (e.g. Max.gov).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development
- Proficiency with the configuration, support, and maintenance of ServiceNow.
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree, preferred
