Program Financial Analyst - NETC Program Finance Analyst

HOW A PROGRAM FINANCIAL ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
• Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program
• Serves as an analyst conducting daily review and oversight of all RRL & N7 funding.
• Works to improve business processes, internal controls, accountability, accuracy, reliability, documentation of financial information.
• Monitors compliance with accounting and operational policies, recommends changes as required.
• Analyzes policy changes directing respective functional area key processes and the impacts to auditable processes.
• Supports a budget for nine learning centers to include numerous learning sites, 66 ratings, and 193 training paths.
• Assistance in Government Program Analyst (Finance) in making informed decisions about the RRL Programs overall financial well-being by identifying opportunities, managing risks and forecasting future performance based off historical trends.
• Assistance in Government Program Analyst (Finance) in daily duties.
• Supports Risk Mitigation Team Lead.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in Finance, Education, Psychology, or Instructional Systems Design is desirable.
• Required Experience: 8+ years of related experience.
• Required Technical Skills: Experience or related experience in financial / budget support of instructional systems design and training requirements analysis, instructional system development.
• Security Clearance Level: Secret is required.
• Location: On Customer Site - NETC HQ Pensacola, FL
• US Citizenship Required
