Program Manager (CSSP Manager)
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to join our team and bring new security processes to fruition within our organization. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, initiating, and managing information assurance (IA) security projects. You will lead and guide the work of technical staff and serve as liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects. You will plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage, in addition to monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
Tasks:
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive Program Management Plan, Staffing Plan, and Quality Management Plan.
• Ensure the implementation of effective business management, staffing and other quality practices to deliver the services in an efficient and integrated manner and at a sustained high level of success.
• Support the execution of cybersecurity and privacy governance models, processes, and policies to ensure well-informed strategy, policy, architecture standards and investment decisions.
• Ensure the implementation of management practices to proactively pursue innovation to enhance success performance and delivery of tasks.
• Be the program single POC for the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC), immediately of any issues that could have an adverse impact on performance.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports of projects, initiatives, and activities.
• Ensure communications in performance of all work under this PWS are professional and accurate, consistent with the goals of the PWS and promote positive working relationships with consumers.
• Implement, and assist with planning, direction, execution, and oversight of PWS tasks area activities.
• Collaborate with program leadership to define, document, and adhere to the proposed solutions.
• Track, mitigate, and report on all delivery risks relating to the execution of activities under this PWS.
• Define, relay, and delegate requirements to all personnel involved in the context of this PWS.
• Assist in arranging and documenting meetings with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Be the primary liaison between the IA Team, Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Team, and Federal Oversight.
• Be responsible for the development and compliance of Information Technology (IT) related policies and procedures as the Cybersecurity Service Provider.
• Perform oversight of all CSSP reporting and auditing of subscriber sites.
• Maintain close coordination with Assessment Team when Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRI’s).
• Establish and maintain working rapports with Subscriber Sites to support compliance and answer questions pertaining to CSSP requirements and activities
• Review documentation (policies, procedures) for CSSP.
• Lead CSSP Working Group Sessions.
Requirements:
• Active Top Secret/Q security clearance
• Experience supporting the DOD, Department of Energy, and/or National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA)
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience performing U.S Federal Government cybersecurity service operation functions.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Project/Program Manager
Preferred:
• PMI PMP, CISM and/or CISM Certification
