Description:What You Will Be Doing:

An F-35 Modification Execution Integration Engineer position at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth, TX.

This role supports the Modifications, Upgrades, and Overhauls (MUO) team in Global Sustainment and requires a strong background in Mission Systems, Avionics, and software installation on military aircraft, preferably with F-35 experience.

This position will serve both as an F-35 Modification Execution Integration Engineer as well as an F-35 AGILE Mod Cell member.

This position directly supports F-35 Depot and Field Team Modification Operations worldwide.

This position works to ensure the availability of Mod Kits, and parts, Technical Data, Tooling, Funding and Personnel and equipment required to accomplish each aircraft mod event.

This position will lead Mod Executive Review (MER) events and provide daily status updates to various key stakeholders.

Some travel domestically and internationally may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/combined education

Thorough understanding of Air Vehicle (AV) Depot Sustainment and resource planning.

Familiarity with military aircraft, airframe, systems, and/or subsystems. (e.g. avionics, hydraulics, electrical, airframe)

Experience with MS Office products and planning Depot Level Maintenance/Modifications.

US citizenship and interim Secret security clearance required.
Desired Skills:
Aircraft maintenance, repair, and modification experience
Leadership experience in aircraft maintenance events or teams
Experience with F-35 engineering and logistics systems, Tableau, and JIRA
Project Management experience and knowledge of USAF, AFMC, and NAVAIR instructions
Current Active Secret Clearance preferred
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
