Information Systems Solutions (ISS) is looking for a candidate to provide Help desk support for a U.S. Army Customer. The selected candidate will provide support for the Army's CAC PKI system. You will perform routine helpdesk functions to assist customers with the use and application of the PKI infrastructure. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in Information Technology.

- Troubleshoot end user PKI installations.
- Process, track, and manage account documentation.
- Interact with users and evaluate vendor products.
- Track hardware and software, coordinate installation and provide backup recovery.

- GSEC - GIAC Security Essentials Certification
- SSCP - Systems Security Certified Practitioner
Required Skills
- 0-2 years of experience in help desk support and IT
