Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supply support services in accordance with the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) per AR 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1.
- Process procurement and daily business transactions in GCSS-Army, including:
- Administrative adjustments
- Supply accountability documentation
- Receipts, lateral transfers, and divestiture documents
- Administrative adjustments
- Operate logistics information systems including (but not limited to):
- GCSS-Army (GCSS-A)
- Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP)
- FEDLOG
- GCSS-Army (GCSS-A)
- Maintain accurate historical files, administrative adjustment reports, and all related receipt, issue, and transfer documents.
- Execute property transfer, receipt, storage, and issuance functions, ensuring accurate posting within appropriate Standard Army Management Information Systems (STAMIS).
- Track and ensure timely execution of asset disposition instructions.
- Handle physical inventory tasks: receive, inspect, inventory, segregate, store, issue, and turn in property/equipment.
- Ensure all sensitive and weapons items are tracked in accordance with regulatory procedures.
- Provide technical support and guidance to hand receipt holders.
- Generate hand receipts, monthly inventories, and required accountability reports.
- Maintain property and equipment under GCSS-Army at both property book and unit levels.
- Validate and post supply transactions; update and maintain supporting documentation files.
- Requisition parts and supplies as required in GCSS-Army.
- Support equipment receipt from CRP: verify NSNs, nomenclature, quantities, and prepare DD Form 250.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Army logistics and supply operations.
- Proficient with GCSS-Army and familiar with AESIP and FEDLOG.
- Knowledge of Army supply procedures and regulations including AR 710-2 and DA PAM 710-2-1.
- Experience working with property accountability, inventories, and hand receipts.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and materials as needed.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance may be required
