SAIC is looking for an Engineering Technician II in Crane, IN to support the U.S. Navy.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for planning and scheduling tasks to provide shipping and receiving support of explosive and ordnance operations including: shipping, receiving, issuing, storing, segregating, handling, preparing, inventorying materials, in support of engineering and production operations.

Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience to include working with hand and power tools
- Able to obtain a Secret Clearance; Interim Secret Needed to Start
- Previous experience working with customers and maintaining good customer relations
- Able to pass physical for CDL level requirements
- Able to obtain explosive certification
- Good communications skills
- Experience working with computers
- Capable of working outside in extreme weather conditions.
DESIRED:
- Previous experience in engineering and production operations
- Forklift certification
- Computer skills
- Experience in inventory management
- Past experience in shipping/receiving beneficial
