General Qualifications
Must have an Active Secret Clearance
3-5 years of IT Support experience
Must possess a DoD 8570 IAT-II or higher certification
Associates degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement
Must be proficient with Active Directory and Office365
Must be proficient with Powershell
DoD and/or Air Force experience preferred
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

CompTIA Security+
CompTIA CySA+
GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC)
Certified Network Defender (CND)

Knowledge of the latest version of Microsoft Windows environment
Knowledge of Air Force Network (AFNet) Standard Desktop Configuration (SDC)
Knowledge of PC/client repair and maintenance (hardware/software)
Skills
Skilled in Windows Deployment Services for client imaging
Skilled in imaging, managing, deploying, and configuring Windows 10/11 devices
Skilled in software patch management
