Agile IT Development Services Technical Lead

Position Description: Agile Development Services Technical Lead - We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Agile Development Technical Lead to guide a cross-functional software development team through the full lifecycle of agile delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a passion for agile principles and servant leadership. You will be responsible for technical direction, team mentorship, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions in a collaborative environment across multiple teams.

Clearance Requirement: Active Top Secret with eligibility to Special Compartmented Information (SCI)

Required Skills:
-Active top-secret clearance.
-13+ years of experience and a Master's degree in relevant field
-Proficiency in languages and tools referenced above.
-Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
-Demonstrated ability to lead by example and inspire team growth.
-Some domestic or internal travel may be required.

Preferred Skills
-Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Developer, SAFe Agilist, or similar).
-Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
-Familiarity with automated testing and test-driven development (TDD).
-Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC).
