You will be the Property Management Analyst, responsible for performing a variety of Property Management activities to ensure that company, customer, and US Government property is managed in accordance with applicable federal regulations and company policies. What You Will Be Doing
As the Property Management Analyst, you will be responsible for managing property records, inventory, movement, disposition, acquisition, and handling of sensitive property. You will ensure that all property is managed in accordance with federal regulations and company policies, with a focus on achieving adequacy of systems, best value, and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing property records, inventory, and movement to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Coordinating the disposition, acquisition, and handling of sensitive property
• Ensuring that all property is managed in accordance with applicable federal regulations and company policies

• Analyzing and resolving property management issues to ensure adequacy of systems and compliance with regulations

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to developed a working knowledge of Property related FAR and DFARs clauses.
- Familiarity with SAP.
- Experience with Microsoft suite.
- Ability to multitask and support site requirements set by senior team members.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance
Desired Skills:
- Ability to effectively work with Government customers, cross functional teams, internal/external auditors, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem solver, capable of identifying root cause and identifying mitigation plans with practical solution approaches.
- Ability to learn new systems and preform activities including reporting from systems.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
