Infrastructure Construction Program Manager
The Opportunity:
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a seasoned Infrastructure Construction Program Manager to lead a major infrastructure modernization initiative. This high-impact program involves the implementation and management of structured wired and wireless infrastructure across multiple large-scale campuses distributed across diverse geographic regions. The selected candidate will serve as the lead program manager, overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle-from planning through execution-for both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP) environments. This role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional coordination, and a deep understanding of infrastructure systems to ensure successful delivery across complex, multi-site deployments.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- Experience in construction project management, including structured wired and wireless infrastructure projects for both Inside Plant (ISP) and Outside Plant (OSP)
- Experience with project management toolsets such as Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera
- Experience with change management and managing multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, civil engineering, and IT teams
- Experience in assisting with cost and schedule estimation
- Knowledge of civilian and military building standards
- Ability to lead and manage teams located in multiple locations
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Nice If You Have:
- Experience in or working with the Military
- Experience with managing international teams
- Knowledge of DoD IT policies
- Possession of strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification
- Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) License Certification
