Core4ce is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of AI/ML Technical Delivery to lead advanced AI/ML solutions for critical government and Department of Defense projects. The ideal candidate will excel in integrating complex mission partner environments, architecting solutions for classified and unclassified systems, and facilitating multinational collaborations to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Direct and oversee the technical delivery of major AI/ML programs, including prime contracts with customers such as CDAO, Army, USMC, DIA, NDA, and others. Ensure alignment with mission objectives and customer requirements.
- Solutions Architecture: Architect and deploy sophisticated cloud environments, including Zero Trust Data Centric solutions, to facilitate multinational collaborations and support classified operations. Design and implement innovative AI/ML development environments for cloud, on prem and edge capabilities.
- Mission Partner Engagement: Lead technical engagements with USG and other partners. Drive policy updates and develop solutions that support multiple releasability's within shared environments.
- Program Management: Manage a technical team overseeing enclaves/applications, 1,000+ regular users, and $10+ million in contracts. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high standards of quality and security.
- Customer and Stakeholder Interaction: Conduct regular technical exchange meetings with senior leadership from USG. Provide expert advice and recommendations across AI/ML, cybersecurity, DoD platforms, and software development domains.
- Technical Advisory: Serve as a technical advisor during strategic trips to various commands, providing guidance on USGs vision and gathering requirements to shape future initiatives.
Requirements:
- Active TS-SCI
- Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology, or other applicable area(s), with a focus on Network Defense and Security.
- COMPTIA Security+ CE
- Expertise in Zero Trust, Data Centric Security, Mission Partner Environments, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP). Proficient in Kubernetes, NGINX, Nessus ACAS, SolarWinds, and more.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical leadership roles within AI/ML program delivery, network engineering, and mission partner integration in government or defense sectors.
- Travel 25-50%
